On normal occasions, upon completing an order, the customer(s) may request for revision. It happens in cases where order instructions may not have been strictly followed as initially required. The respective writer who worked on an order is required to revise it for free as long as it is based on initial instructions. In instances where the customer modifies initial instructions through revision instructions, the writer should notify Support/Staff immediately.
Customer is notified to either pay extra money for the revision or place the revision instructions as a new order. Any outcome is communicated to the writer on time.
Writers are required not to disappear from working on a revision and if it happens, the order is cancelled in totality. This also affects the reputation of a writer.
